Beschreibung:
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines for R&D projects in the field of automation
- Set project goals, track progress, and report on project status to senior management
- Manage project risks and make adjustments to project plans as necessary to ensure project success
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, purchase, sales, etc. to ensure alignment between R&D activities and business objectives
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or project management
- Experience in managing R&D projects
- Proven track record of successful project management, including the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum
